Dear FutureMe,
I hope you are still healthy and in shape. Can you still do headstand and shoulderstand? Can you put your palms on the floor bending forward? Or have you maybe even learned to do splits in the meantime?
Are you still going running, dancing, to yoga? Are you eating healthy? Can you still wear the jeans of a few years back?
Please always remember that if you cease doing certain movements, you will end up being unable to perform them. So always keep doing lots of different exercises!
