Dear Future Me,
Now that I am entering a new chapter in my life -- going to college, I am hoping that the friends I have gained from all the past years will still have a part in my future journeys. Though we will be away, making new memories with new people, and learn things in life in different ways, I sure hope that we will still anticipate seeing and talking to each other. I will not be making promises but I will try to keep our conversation box alive as I move away from them, as we start living away from each other. It sure will be hard, we will be changing, our likes and dislikes might change, our interests, our behaviors, the way we perceive and see each other might change gradually and this will affect our friendship. Maybe there will come a time where we talk and chat, and our words won't feel familiar anymore, when we read each others messages, there wont be a familiar voice appearing in our heads. But I think thats okay at least we have to keep in touch in order to keep up with everyones new talking behaviors, interests, new friends, mental status, and life. I pray for us to not swerve and turn the wrong way as we drive the way to our dreams.
Good luck to us, my friends!
