A letter from August 10th, 2019

Dear Future Alicia, Whelp, here are some things you should know right now. I'm 14 and just started high school yesterday. i have been dating (you know who) for 10 months right now and things are going good so far. I'm in color guard but have hopes to do concert band in the winter. So far, getting to classes and stuff is a whole lot easier than I thought it would be. I went to Texas about a month ago and have been surviving after school band. Cant wait for Ho-Co and i'll keep you posted on life events then. I so far like my teachers and none of them seem mean. I'll however have to let my senior self read this when the time comes for graduation. All I can say is that i'm already going to be sad about leaving and I've just started.I have 2 Dogs (Gizmo and Toby) and I wont be surprised if toby is gone by the time you read this letter ( If he is tell him I said hi). You've probably already done stupid things in your life that you've regretted or that you've not regretted. Please do tell me (your past 9th grade self) if anythings changed in our personal life. Do tell me who left our life and who died and who came into our life because you would've wanted me to know. I know this sounds like im writing my ***** note, but im just writing your past and my present note. Also the band trip to gatlinburg has been my favorite time so far and I currently have an Iphone 6s. But please do tell me (even if it makes you sound crazy) about your current life because i'll want to know. Whatever happens in life good or bad, just know that I, your past conscious, will always be there for you, unless you do something stupid that you didnt think about. And I hope that life treats you well. See you in 4 Years.
