A letter from November 1st, 2019

Dear FutureMe, I'm from the past! 2019. I get anxious when I think of the future and where my life might go. I don't know how I'll pay for school, I don't know what I can get a job in, I don't know if mom will be proud of me for majoring in english, I don't know anything. I'm doing math right now and god does it make me unhappy. Are you dating eric still? I hope so. He makes me so happy. I hope he's still there and a part of your life. If not... I've thought about how I'd react to not having him. It's never pretty. I can only hope you got through it without breaking. If you did, I'm so proud of you because right now I don't think I would be able to. Is life good? Are you happy? Did things go right? Is everyone still alive and healthy? Do you think about having children? Have you already had them? I don't know anything but I hope you do. past you
