Dear FutureMe,
You've always been a romantic whether or not you like to admit it. You just woke up from another nightmare, missing him so much. But you're doing better than the last month, that is for sure. I know it is so hard for you to move on, to accept defeat, you've never been one to quit. But don't think of this as a failure at all, this is just a stepping stone onto something greater and if you can just have a little faith, you can be pulled out of this pit and come out even stronger.
You've moved into your new apartment with your best friend and she has been a good friend to you during these difficult times. Life is really about finding those fleeting moments of happiness, which seems like a cynical thing to say, but those little moments make life ever so worth living. Keep smiling, I hope you have been kind to yourself this past year. You have grown into a kinder woman and I think that is a good first start. I hope you have wisdom for me, and that you've learned something this past year. I pray to God that your life will be filled with love because you deserve it. I wish to the stars that you can find beauty in every day. Be good my friend.
