A letter from March 10th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, Hi ! Happy 27th Birthday ! If my maths is right lol. I too have my birthday today. Just turned 24. It's a weird feeling. weird as in an uncomfortable one. to accept and embrace adulthood. and more than that, womanhood. i feel it would have been easier being a man. but then again i dont really enjoy things gained easy. so lets make this fun huh ? on one of my quarterly work reviews Snigdha ma'am, my manager, wrote 'She doesnt fear away from difficult tasks. she takes her time to do it but gets the work done in the end' . let both of us keep that in mind. and a major realisation i recently had was, not realisation actually, just observation. it was that , 'do not look at a problem and think of it as an easy or difficult problem. just think of it as a problem and solve it'. Makes sense right ? lets just look at problems with a neutral mind, like that of still waters, and solve it. let us have that stable state of mind and when we dont, let's do things that drive us towards that state of mind. let our actions take us to our dreams. we got this girl. we got this.
