A letter from March 12th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, You would wake up every day here in Philly and feel the emptiness rise up from deep in your heart. I hope when this email finds you, that that feeling is a long gone memory. Peace and happiness will feel like flowers blooming in your heart when you find the right place to be. Have you found it? The long path to your education is soon to be completed. The corona virus has caused the school campus to shut down as of yesterday and now you will finish the remainder of classes online. I am wondering if and when the actual graduation will occur; that moment you’ve waited so long for, to finally feel a bit of confidence in your achievements. I hope graduation happened and you walked across that stage with your head held high and floated on the love of those that supported you during the journey. You came home from your girls’ trip to Jackson Hole the other day... and in your heart there were sparks of feelings after meeting and connecting with Stu from Australia. You guys have been texting regularly and growing a friendship. I wonder what has become of relationship when you receive this? Is it all still coming easy for you? It is amazing the growth that can come after the fire. ❤️
