A letter from March 19th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, At this time of a pandemic crisis, nations are alarmed for their people are at risk. They take precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the virus. Lockdowns, Community quarantine, Curfew. All have been implemented at a short time for virus could spread in also just a small span of time. Thousands have been declared dead due to this virus, more than ***** has been infected and less and less are the ones who have recovered. This pandemic have been said to infect most of people who have weak immune system, and it has been reported that most of those who have died due to this virus are the elders, in which the virus have only complicated their occurring disease. This virus spreads for a short period of time, it survives longer through its host until it dies, yet it leaps for another three host before it ***** its first host. This virus have long said to originate from Wuhan,China, rumours have said that i was due to the fact that they eat bats and snakes, but there were conspiracies that this virus had escaped from the lab in Wuhan. For it was said that Wuhan in China is just like the Area 51 of United States where they do some lab experiments for war or making of weapons. But where it really did originate is still of a question to me. I mean, there are times where you really can't rely to the information presented to you by the media because most of it would only cause panic, fake news or that, they know no truth where they are just feeding us with uncertain lies just to ease the anxiety we're currently feeling. But neither of the three would be of help. In my country, it was the last week of January where there was a confirmed case, people are in panic, people procured dozens of boxes of masks to protect themselves from potential harm. But we were told to be calm because that confirmed case is not a people of our country but it was a Chinese. Still, many people are worried because this Chinese have said to have traveled in different cities in the country before settling down and volunteered herself to a hospital to get check-up for she has been experiencing the symptoms. And she died shortly afterwhich. Our government is telling us not to be alarmed with this virus because it's not really that harmful. And due to the fact that there was shortage in the amount of mask in the country, pharmacies could only have two boxes of masks and sell it to consumers. And viola~ our president have donated thousands of masks boxes in Wuhan, China for he said that it is needed by people in there and not by us. With this scenario and the travel ban of developed countries from outside have been implemented for even though they are developed, they still know that they should care of the health of their people for the reason that this virus is a new strain in which the previous virus have evolved that it could affect multiple. In contrast to our country, the president have received a lot of complaints from the public due to the face that our country has only been developing for a long time, we can't even cater the public health issues of our people alone, he had this guts to welcome people from China into our country into saying that they're all uninfected and they don't have the virus. but foolish are some of the people who still support him because of very illogical reasons thinking that we're all priviledge like them. And, here I am, currently sitting inside of the office alone. Social distancing have been implemented and curfew also. Because from just a small amount of time there were numerous people of our country who have been help positive with this virus and funny how the testing kits are limited yet the ones who doesn't even showed signs of this virus are the first ones who have used it, and they showed negative in the test. Whilst, the other regions of the country who have not yet received the testing kit, needs to have the swabs delivered to the capital city, and viola~ we're still waiting for the results. This is community quarantine is a ***** for poor families where they still travel by ship just to go back to their provinces again to provide money and food to their families. All the promises that the government have made is still a long process to be fulfilled. Can the aid of authority reach the people to survive? Or its aid will only remain as the idea of aid and people would starve to *****? _9611199555336666
