Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, How are you how’s the day treating you. You know I don’t have to ask you how’s life has been. Uhhh.... we both know how Life can be before we walk out the house. When you take the roads less traveled it makes it kind of a dull trip doesn’t it? After your mother passed away you thought your purpose was shattered. You thought everything you been working hard for and all your goals and dreams were pointless. You allowed life’s hardships to distract and detour from the initial course you google mapped. I have to really give it to you though. The way you bobbed and weaved what life threw at you. You would have Thought that you defined all the laws of gravity. I admire you for your bravery and courage. When life hit you as hard it could you fought back you finished the round. Remember how you always wondered what life was like to be free. You though if you where born into money you wouldn’t have as many problems as you see. Well you built your future a different way you constructed your freedom in a different fashion. By working and creating and mastering you believed in me. You used life's diversity and dis-advantages to your advantage. You believed in yourself when no one else did. The hardest thing to do is getting back up but the greatest thing is a good comeback. You played with your imagination and put in a blender with your optimism. You didn’t stick to a one track mind. You change your perception on philosophy and point of view. I guess your growing up and hey I’don’t know if anyone has ever told you this but I’m proud of you. You remind me of DigDug how You Rose from the ground with your strengths and your weaknesses on your sleeves. It was wise to observe before you take action. It made you more of a natural under pressure. I can’t lie I almost didn’t think you would survive. Sheeh!!! You scared the COD (call of duty) outta me. Granted it took some digging I’m talking archaeologist status digging. Sometimes you were buried but somehow you manage to ring that cadaver bell and dig your way back up to the top. That takes true Grit you know. Some people say you can’t teach a old dog new tricks. Your love for learning kept you one up and at times it would act as an extra man. Your curiosity was your life line if not for that you would have been stranded without a life boat. It made discovering new opportunities like spotting land from sailing on sea. Sure we missed a few of them but that only help improve your judgment. It takes a strong man to face hisself in the mirror. So let’s be honest we both know that mirror shattered long time ago. It wasn’t until you begin to face yourself and take responsibility for your actions. That’s when you realized the happy advantages you had from life. That’s when you got to get your first taste of freedom............ how does it feel?
