A letter from April 1st, 2020

Dear FutureMe, The corona virus is ripping its way across the world. There are dire predictions of a possible million or more deaths. Sounds really bad but I think the world economy is going to kill more people. Many experts saying a depression is inevitable and that means many will starve to death. It shows very clearly how humans have only partial control of the planet. Things might be swinging along just fine and whammo a pandemic strikes and the whole world is changed. Leaders change, medicine changes, the financial institutes change,just about everything. As I write this, I know I have very little time left. I'm 87 years old and ready to go. Hopefully the world will survive this last est attack.
