Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Today we are in a global pandemic crisis regarding COVID-19. Many people have died, many hospital systems are being overpopulated and undersupplied. It's a scary time to be a nurse. Critical PPE is having a shortage and were being encouraged to reuse, or wear bandana's. Many nurses and doctors are dying. In WA, we are on a state wide lock down. If you can work from home, you must. Business's are shut down, and restaurants are only open for takeout. As for HMC, they're trying to make all RN's circulate to the COVID unit, apparently we are the last hospital in Seattle to be hit. We are prepared for expansion and surge capacity if it comes down to it. Many of the ICU COVID patient's who are intubated are not doing well at all, and are dying before extubation. We even have one of our own nurses from HMC, COVID+ intubated and very sick. She was a healthy 30YOF with no comorbidities. It's scary to think what might come in the next few weeks. The only news that's being talked about is COVID, and anything regarding COVID, and what we're doing about COVID, and what the president is doing about COVID. No body knows what is going to happen to the market, or small business's. Traffic has been good, and maybe I will be able to buy a house after all of this.
