A month from now may not seem like a long time. But a lot can happen. An array of new information can be discovered about yourself. Good habits can be formed. Bad habits can be blown away. Like a wrapper in the wind. Just let it go, the strong air will do the rest.
How are you? Bouts of sadness may occur. But how are you, really? In the small moments? Watering plants.. listening to slow+reverb songs.. lighting candles..
What is different?
What is the same?
What about you is different physically? You got a new mole on your face in March. Next to your nose. Then another one in April, next to your eye. Coincidentally at the same spot you would draw a fake one when you went out. Your body listens, when you wish. Wish for good things. Wish for clear skin. But not so much that you dislike what you have. Eat well. Reduce fried things. Reduce Pepsi until you no longer drink it; it hurts your teeth. It is okay if you dont feel like wearing rings. It is okay if you want to change your profession. Work well, work hard. Work earnestly and everything you want will follow. It has to. You mind, once made, is magnetic. It pulls everything in it's direction.
It is okay to go away from people if it makes you feel continually calm. There is only one way to find out if the calm is long-lasting. Listen to the inner voice whose only focus is you. It does not idolize you at the cost of demeaning others. It wants to love .. but loves you the most. It has saved you plenty. And will continue to. You will never be alone. You are with you.
