Dear FutureMe,
I hope you have successfully broken up with your phone by now! Congrats
I want my new relationship with my phone to be that I only use it when i’ve thought through why I want to use it, do only what i intended to do on it, and have enough willpower to put it down. I also want to diminish social media use further if possible. I also want to not feel a need to reach for my phone whenver bored or there are a few minutes to kill eg. In a lift, waiting for a bus. I want you to notice the world around you and think how to get to goals. I also NEVER want to be on my phone later that 11pm and certainly never after midnight even on a naughty day or a call to alice, because it makes you tired and ruins the next day
I want you to have used all your extra phone-free time to do more cello, go for more runs, reading more books and DOING MORE UNI WORK!!! Lol
I would like someone to say to me that I’m more alert, have a better memory, am less tired, less easily distracted and happier!!
Lots of love, keep strong
Past Juliet ❤️
