A letter from June 10th, 2020

Dear brave babe, today is your day. this is your victory lap. this is where you get to show off all your skills. all your glory. to take revenge from your mind for all those doubtful thoughts and tears. just know that you did more than enough. you deserve to be free-headed and relaxed today. so put your hair in a bun, sharpen your pen be done with it. the fear will not help you. so don't let it paralyze you. you can overcome it. while in there, do not focus on others. there is only the clock and you. but dont watch the clock, do as it does: move. think about how weightless you will feel right after meeting the finish line. probably, actually not probably; surely you are getting in that college. there is no possible outcome for you. with all your labor sitting right beside you just like a mountain. lay your head on it. work it. while leaving, know that it is now all done. you did all in your power, maybe more than that. please be gentle with yourself. you have ther most important person in your life believeing you. YOU. you are the most important person you have, who knows you the best, who is more powerful than you are. i know that you'll hate it that i am keeping this letter rather short but believe me i don't want neither of us crying. that is why this is short. so put on your playlist, get pumped up and crush this day. see you on the other side<3
