A letter from June 14th, 2020

Dear Jannis, happy 18th birthday man. Since you're an adult now, you now have responsibilities that have to be taken care of, so good luck with that. Today is the 14th of June in 2020, so you should still be able to remember most things from the time I was writing this in. Well... World right now is pretty weird. This damn pandemic is still around with no real signs of going away, there are riots all over the US, causing the biggest Black Lives Matter movement in history. At the time you're reading this you're probably stressed. You're in 12th grade now and I hope you finally got a job. If not, I hope you have a proper explanation. How else is life? As of now, you just got out of your depression, or at least you're on a good way. Ami definitely was a huge factor in that, so don't try to convince yourself otherwise and tell her how much you love her right now. Even on your busy, busy 18th birthday there's always some time for showing affection. Talking of people you love, did you finally get your first kiss? First girlfriend? Lol, I knew it, but don't worry bro, you'll get there. Finish school before you start dating someone if you haven't already. Over the past weeks and months I learned that a relationship is not the only important thing in life that matters, so definitely don't stress yourself too much. Well, I'm gonna write a letter for even older Jannis's now that will definitely be more in-depth. For now: Have a nice birthday PS: Your typing speed is 113ish wpm
