Dear FutureMe,
Wow, it really worked! Well your 55 now, are you close to retiring? Did you manage to save the store or did that son of a bitch who took all the money succeed in killing it? I hope you made it happen! Graduating from college was anti-climactic and you didnt land that awesome job you had hoped for. So you took what you could get. I hope things are better for you now. You should be busy, making lots of money and enjoying that Harley you ride every chance you get. You do still ride dont you? You better man or Ill come kick you ass, we cant afford therapy so a nice ride is what you get to clear the head and make yourself right with the world, remember?
You and wife person have been together 20 years now, is it still good? Remember when you met her, she was such a catch and I hope you still cant believe she agreed to marry you. Dont get too lazy, you have been doing a lot of that around here recently
and your gut is showing it! Are you still excited about computers? Do you have another dog? Josie and lil bit will be dead by the time you get this, what did you replace them with? Not footballs I hope, but you seem to be getting mellower as you get older so who knows! *shrugs*
Are you talking to your daughter yet? Drugs are messed up and I know it was hard for you but being the parent was the best thing you could have done, even if she hated you for it. I hope she was just playing and it was something she grew out of. She is a beauty and I hope she didnt hurt herself. You do remember when you were 17, dont you? Thought you owned the world and would live forever, what a lie that was. At least you didnt kill yourself from all the crazy things you did and stunts you pulled and you lived to write this letter, hopefully your still around to read it.
Remember to say I love you, hug your wife and pet the dog, and if your mom is still alive give her a call. Its a weird relationship I know but I think she likes to hear from you.
Oh, and dont forget to let the little stuff go
. And its all little stuff!
Love ya man
