Dear FutureMe,
It is Tuesday, September 1, 2020. Over the past 2 days, have met some of the most wonderful students. This first week of school is unlike any other I have experienced in my 30+ years of teaching. But in spite of all the obstacles, my students have pushed through and made it happen!
This 2020-2021 school year, I expect my students to make me proud by attending school regularly, engaging in their class lessons, striving for the best grades, and finding ways to overcome any obstacle that is placed before them. I expect them to take good notes and utilize those notes while completing assignments.
On June 7, 2021, when I read this letter, I anticipate all of these expectations to be met. Until then, wish me and my talented students luck!
Sincerely,
Angela F. Preston,
Mathematics Instructor
Miami Jackson Senior High School
