Dear FutureMe,
This is your past self! I hope you are doing well. That you are happy and your life is rich. We are just becoming a business coach. I hope you are still enjoying and being fulfilled with your work.
We've also started dedicating ourselves to becoming healthier. Stopped eating processed foods, stopped eating pub food and stopped drinking hard liquor. Mostly because of the pandemic forcing us to quit karaoke. Haha! We have also started exercising. In the winter we do the elliptical. In the summer frequent dog walks and biking. I know it’s hard now and you’re discouraged a lot. It doesn’t always seem like it’s going to get easier. I hope you look back to where you were a year ago and see the amazing progress you’ve made. I hope you’re still doing yoga, and your knees stop hurting and you’re just as flexible as ever! Keep going, you’ll be happy you did!
We have also started with music again. While our band can’t play or practice because of the pandemic, we are doing lots musically. Learning the ukulele. I hope you too, look back and see how far you’ve come. Not just playing a wide variety of songs, but writing songs too!
Wow, the pandemic really lit a fire under our ***, didn’t it? We are also writing again. We hope to have a few things published in a year. Did this happen? Are you still writing?
Remember- you are the key to your happiness, and whatever the future holds, it’s in your control. Now kiss your handsome **** man, and snuggle your cat and dog. You’ve built a beautiful life!
Love, Alana
Epilogue
about 2 years laterWow! Life has changed a lot in 3 years! We are still happy at work, thankfully, and while we're not doing a LOT of business coaching, I love work, don't...
