💌 a letter has arrived from june 18, 2024 !! ♡

🎀🤍 to alayna who is starting class today,
i want you to take a deep breath, and relax. feel calm, and feel still. i'm endlessly proud of you, and i want you to succeed. if your thoughts become hard, talk to someone, and don't try to hide. you need help and it is okay to ask for it.
be kind to yourself, and be kind to your brain that's learning. you are smart, and you shouldn't think or tell yourself otherwise.
i have a few goals this semester for us:

• actually study
• pay attention in class
• ask questions to professor if needed
• do NOT be lazy, do NOT miss any work (please)
• be kind to yourself
• pray everyday
• be happy for the things you have
• and know that better things are coming

let's ignore goals (that aren't mental health related) outside of school this semester. let's lock in!
also today i drank strawberry banana peter rabbit purée. peter rabbit is so goated. it was from starbucks. i saw these cute books earrings on etsy, i might get dune and peter rabbit. 
also, did you finish reading dune or are you still on page... 65?? LMAO😭. well anyways i hope you at least got past that page. 
did you make bitty pop earrings?? hopefully they were cute!! 🤍🤍 today i just bought some like.. bitty pop's off eBay bcs i was NOT gonna pull Vader by myself 😭 so i bought two darth vaders, another luke, thor, loki, and robin!! i think batman and robin bitty pop earrings would be TOO cute!!!! i saw a lego invincible and omni-man and i want to make lego earrings out of them 😋 my idea is

• darth vader & luke
• batman & robin 
• thor & loki
• luke & leia

i don't have any TMNT or anything 😭 anything of the turtles mix and match would've been too cute. might invest. actually i need to save money. i'm going shopping with marlen and yuri on monday 😝. girl, what did we buy?? 🤨🤨 but anyways lol..
can i tell you something.. i just really don't want us to struggle like last semester. that suicidal **** was not fun at all and i'm just not excited to be so into it and ready next semester and then midsemester, depressed and stressed out and having a mental breakdown. just go to clas and do the work. i love you. i love you so much. i love you and there is nothing wrong with you besides you sabotaging yourself. 
i wrote this a few months ago on march 15th, "I want to remember that happiness is what I make of it. I have the choice, and I have the option to be happy."
