Time Travelled — almost 4 years

Peaceful right?

Dear Future Liz, I am sitting on my bed in Jim's raggy green T shirt writing to you in this sweltering summer heat. You are now 24. Is your hair long yet? I'm still trying to grow it out, I'm not having much luck though, it's shoulder length at the moment, just longer than a bob.. I wonder if bobs will still be cool in 2020.. What do you do for a job? Hopefully you would have worked out your career path by now, I'm feeling stuck at the moment. I have no motivation to get off my ass and get a degree.. Or maybe I'm just scared of failing? I don't think I will end up doing nursing.. I'm taking some time off to find a job and work and maybe try and find myself a little bit more. Maybe I can start paying off that Credit Card debt that I know will have bitten you in the ass by 2020 if I don't start doing something about it now :/ Past Liz was very dumb. Do you have a boyfriend? A husband even? I'm seeing Daniel at the moment. He's a good guy, it's still only very early days though. We've been seeing each other for around 2 months. It was our one month anniversary yesterday and we got drunk and had marathon sex and then I told him about the miscarriage I had last year. He took it okay, he told me he was glad I didn't have an abortion. Do you have any kids yet? I kinda hope not... I don't think we're cut out to be mothers. I'm still pretty unstable at the moment, hopefully You will have completed DBT by now and gotten your BPD under control, but until then, NO KIDS!! Have you heard from Jack lately? Have you become strong enough to cut him out once and for all? I hope so. I hope you don't love him anymore. We can do better. I hope you are happy, healthy and educated. And hopefully vegan!! I will see you soon.
