Dearest Jenn (do they still call you Jenn?)
Do you still remember the odyssey that was going on in your mind 5 years ago? Wars against the waves of indecision, uncertainty, indifference? Your head even hurts right now... not knowing what to do with your life and what direction to take. My favorite quote today at 18 yrs old is: ''In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on.'' I hope you still believe that. It goes on no matter how many times you fall and how many wars you lose. Failures are opportunities to grow and discover success. Right now, you don't know what college you will attend, even though you were just accepted to one 3 day ago - congrats btw! I don't even know if you will end up there or not. You might be preparing for grad school or traveling the world with no fear.. you might be crying right now, because I know how much of a sucker for inspirational words you are.. anyways, don't forget how young you are, how much you want to change the world and how much you love people around you even when they are not so lovable. ok, bye now.. Breathe and laugh and go jump off a plane (although by now you probably did already).. tomorrow is Anna's birthday btw (34th)
... I love you!! don't forget about me, don't lock your inner child in.
I did't proofread this (no regrets)
