A letter from April 30th, 2017

Peaceful right?

Dear Future Me, Hope you're doing great. Remember that you need to chase your dreams and not give up. Be happy, be yourself. Do not focus on the bad things on life, but reflect on all the good that has happened to you. Aspire to be great, aspire to be the best person you know. Keep those grades up, and keep hustling, because one day you will make it. Writing this from freshmen year, it has been pretty tough, and I hope senior year is going well. With all these assignments, the stress, the lack of sleep, it's been a year with mixed feelings. By the time this letter is sent, I hope you have understood everything you learned throughout high school, without help. Although I need help from friends to do homework now, I hope in the future I am independent and can do things on my own. I am quite tired of being looked as the one who always needs help. Keep those grades up, study hard... I hope everything is going great, and remember, be the best version of yourself. Go get what you want, because anything can be achieved if you put your mind to it. Love yourself, and keep those negative thoughts out. Have a GREAT birthday!
