Dear FutureMe,
2 Years later. I hope you've graduated state with your Bachelors of Science, and doing a job you thoroughly enjoy in Health Promotion. Don't be overwhelmed with emotion if you haven't left the retirement home you're currently working at though, you seem to really enjoy yourself there. It's almost like it was a calling for you, and the pay is pretty adequate. Have you quit Bayada?
I want to ask about your relationship situation. Did that boyfriend of yours ever propose? He's such a sweetheart, but he has this childlike demeanor about him. He'll grow out of it eventually. I look at past pictures of us, and I see how much we've both changed, and wow...it's been four years together! Good luck to you both :)
I want to quickly end with a statement that suggests how I feel in the moment of writing this. People will bring you down. Your family, friends, people in general will make you feel weary and weak, but don't let them get to you. Keep your head high and do what you want to do! Make the most of YOUR life before anyone else's
Sincerely,
2017 me :)
