A letter from September 2nd, 2017

Peaceful right?

Dear chosen one, Congratulations in finishing that internship! It might have been too much to handle at first but if you are reading this email, this means you have survived everything lol. Leaving town was one thing, but leaving the country is a whole new experience. Sure, I bet you miss everyone back home already and dancing with excitement to tell everyone your adventures. Sadly, you might have been forgotten by some of your friends already considering you have almost been gone from home for almost 2 years. By the time you read this, I sincerely hope that in your mind and heart, everything was worth it. Every time you thought of giving up, every time you realize that how you wish you shouldn't have rushed things, every time you thought of what life would be if you you haven't chosen a different path. Truly, having a fickle heart is quite troublesome. Right now, I am struggling both physically and emotionally. I am not sure if I can keep up with the pressure and with the constant attitude people are giving me, but I am going to keep moving on, one step at a time. I wished for this, and now I'm here but wondering if I made the right decision (maybe I'm writing this letter too soon because I haven't received my pay yet LOL). But one thing I would like to remind you, do give back and be thankful for everything that has happened in your life. Thank God for the opportunities and blessings you have received. I know we have always struggled with anxiety and our lack of confidence but you have been through a lot and be proud of it. I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M BEING SO EMOTIONAL JUST TYPING THIS. Well anyways chosen one, can't have this message too longer than it is because I'll probably write again in a day or two if things happen again lmao. Vivre le reve!
