Dear FutureMe,
This is a letter from your 18 year old self. Right now you feel insecure because you are lonely, and a perfectionist. I just want you to know that there is always room to grow. When you go out in the world, promise me this; I want you to live your life making new friends, learning every day, and getting a better relationship with God/ family. Don't worry about the things of the past making up your future. It's the things that change in the present that change the future. Speak up more! You introvert! Don't feel like others are more entitled to share their opinions than you. It is just not true. You are responsible for sharing how you feel, act, and are. So own it! Grow in the wisdom. Your Grandmother didn't nag for nothing. She means well. Plus, is she still alive? If so, she has come a long ways and tell her I said hi. (I know you wont😂). Also promise me that you won't settle for guys that make you take care of them more than they care of you. Just because you grew up fatherless and you haven't found the one yet, does not mean you have to settle for less. Also, relax you don't need to be perfect and have everything in a world of the imperfect. So don't stress yourself out.
