Hey Jenna,
Where are we right now? Are we in New York? Are we in New England? Right now, I have no idea what to expect. We're in quarantine right now, hopefully that is not the case by then.
This a reminder for you to drink some water. Are we still depressed? Do we still love Harry? (There is no way we don't). We're roughly a month away from finishing our master's program. I am so incredibly proud of the work we've put into this. Even though I am procrastinating my portfolio right now, it has been such an eye-opening two years. Never did I think I would have such a knack for something. Deep down, I always feel like this is what we were meant to do.
Some fun time stamps for you: I am listening to the new 5SOS album, Lonely Heart to be exact, great song. I cry a lot to Fine Line. That album speaks to my soul. I hope we still make monthly playlists. I hope we are still into skin care.
You know, when we were 15 I didn't think we'd make it to 20. And when we were 20, I didn't think we'd make it to 25. It's amazing to see how far we have come, and even though the dark feelings never truly go away, we put a good fight always.
Right now, April 11, 2020, there are so many unknowns and question marks. These past 10 months have been a trying time, and we're a little damaged. I think this was meant to happen to us in a way though. Today, I went on a really long run, and all I can think about is how much has changed and how much can change. Lately, I've been patient with myself.
Our job hunt is confusing, our romantic life is confusing. Life is confusing, but that is our twenties right? I hope some questions are answer. Remember, Sam is a good man. Always was, always will be.
Whatever we are doing in 2021, I know that we are kicking ass. I cannot express enough how incredibly proud I am of the woman we are.
Lots of love always,
Jenna
