A letter from August 28th, 2014

Dear Future Mommy, Your baby should be around 6 years old now. Remember when you were pregnant and you were all scared, but anxious to see him, to watch him grow? Remember how you were wondering how would he look like? Remember when you were scared you won't manage to raise him well? Remember 6 years ago when you were frightened that you wouldn't have a life anymore? That your whole life will change dramatic and you won't be able to do the things you want to do? Remember all the nightmares and fears you had back then? Remember when you thought you wouldn't manage to forget about him, carry on and be happy with your life and raise your child as you should? Remember when you were tormenting yourself thinking if you made the right decision? When you had all those second thoughts? Remember all the suffering and dark thoughts? Remember when you thought you will never be able to shake off the image and memory of him? Well, my dear, you worry too much, you always did and there is no need for that because everything turned out to be just perfect, like it always did, you know that. The decisions you took back then were good and everything you did was for your own good and for your life to be happy and peaceful. You have a wonderful life, rich and full of happiness, you have a great marriage and a super smart and beautiful boy and you are a great mom. You have every reason to be proud of yourself.
