A letter from February 26th, 2018

Dear future me, Happy 18th birthday! Hope you've made it this far, I can't even begin to imagine all the things that will happen in the next 4 years. Now that you are officially an adult, you can legally buy all the lottery tickets, cigarettes, tattoos, and piercings you want, but like watch out because you can also be tried as an adult. You're graduating this year and I hope you have worked your ass off to get where you want to be. I'm hoping you run the extra mile and always try your hardest on the field and off. But, most importantly I hope you have learned to appreciate life and yourself, because in the end that is all that matters. Love, Elizabeth
